Our terms and conditions
- We ask for your understanding that reservations are valid only after payment of the deposit.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full room rate.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.
- If not agreed otherwise, the room is ready for occupation from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- Dogs and other pets are not welcome.
- Cancellations: When booking, a deposit of 40% of the total price is required. If you change your mind, you then have 14 days to cancel your reservation free of charge – in this case, the deposit will be fully refunded to you. After this period has expired, the deposit will be retained in the event of a cancellation. For cancellations made less than 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price. In the case of late arrival or early departure, the full package price will be charged. .
