Our terms and conditions
- We ask for your understanding that reservations are valid only after payment of the deposit.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the full room rate.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.
- If not agreed otherwise, the room is ready for occupation from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
- Dogs and other pets are not welcome.
- Cancellations: Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration by the guest or the landlord. If the guest cancels up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total arrangement price will be charged and for shorter periods 90% of the total arrangement price.
